If garlicky kale is on a menu, my husband will order if every time. Luckily, it’s really easy to make on a whim. Tonight, I sautéed raw kale with lots of minced garlic, avocado oil and good sea salt. I threw in some tomatoes until they were just blistered and served it in a bowl with white beans, corn, leftover wild rice and roasted Brussels sprouts.
