Yesterday’s leftover party food became tonight’s dinner with Asian soba tuna bowls. The tuna is simply seasoned with salt, pepper, and sesame seeds and seared on my grill pan. I made a sauce of sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, chili paste, brown sugar, and lime juice and poured it over the soba noodles once they were done cooking. The vegetables are off the veggie tray from the party and stir fried with some butter, garlic and soy sauce. The kale salad is also left over from the party. I added avocado and garnished with seaweed gomasio (sesame seed, seaweed, salt), and topped with a touch of sriracha. The slowest part of this dinner was boiling the water. Also, if you don’t eat soba, you should. They are made from buckwheat and much healthier than white noodles. Both of my kids love them! #leftovers #tunabowls #noodlebowls #soba #asiannight #weekdaydinners #eattherainbow #eatrealfood
