
Tonight we had miso grilled halibut bowls. My oven STILL isn’t working, so I’m learning to live my whole life on a stovetop. I steamed some carrots and tossed them in a little melted butter and s&p. The Brussels were sautéed in ginger turmeric @remedybonebroth, then tossed in EVOO, red pepper flakes and lemon zest. The flattop grill has become my best friend when it comes to fish. This @virgin_bay_seafood halibut was marinated in a combo of miso/mirin/sesame oil/fresh ginger/honey/sriracha. I cooked it on high heat on the flat top for 3-4 minutes on each side. I served my bowl with riced cauliflower and the boys got brown rice.
