There is lots of new construction happening in East Nashville, and we are doing a multi-home open house on Sunday, Feb. 21, from 1-4 pm, to show some of it off. There are 6 properties in 3 locations, in various stages of completion. Come check out the homes, and join in the Scavenger Hunt! Each home visited is an entry to win a $25 gift card OR an iPad mini valued at $250. Here’s how it works:
- Visit the 6 properties: 734 A & B North 5th St, 1629 A & B Chase St, and 1028 A&B Maynor St.
- Tag @ckcampbellgroup on Instagram up to 4 times with a pic of you and your favorite house (or a feature you love) for more entries
- If you find and “Fun Fact” cards, turn them into the Open House host–those will get you a bonus entry!
Start and end at any of the properties. You’ll receive a check-in sheet at your first property, just remember to turn it in to your host at the last home. Good luck!
