I made an easy dinner tonight for my husband and me and ordered my kid and his buddy pizza. 😬 I bought some @virgin_bay_seafood smoked salmon the other day and turned it into salmon salad with capers, @whitesquirrelfarm cucumbers and radishes. I dressed it with a combo of Dijon, kefir, lemon juice, hot sauce, red pepper flakes and s&p.
